The Chopra Centre founders David Simon MD
and bestselling author and personal-growth
expert Deepak Chopra outline
their revolutionary approach that defies outmoded ideas about recovery,

A
noted PGA Tour coach and a respected Buddhist teacher, Joseph Parent
draws on this natural
connection to teach golfers a more consistent and less frustrating game,
and consequently how to lower
their scores: "When body and mind are synchronised, we can uncover our
inherent dignity and
confidence. The ultimate goal is not just to help people become better
golfers, but better human beings."
This is a book with a DVD and audio CD featuring esteemed Buddhist
master Thich Nhat Hanh and
one of his principle students, Anh-Huong Nguyen. Together illuminate the
